Flavors
Unique Cakes by Frances offers delicious flavors for you to choose from: almond, brandy, amaretto, chocolate w. Kahlua, butter, marble, pistachio, lemon. In addition to our rich/moist cakes, we also offer traditional yellow cake (with or without filling), regular chocolate, carrot cake and red velvet cake. Cupcakes are available too! Flavors: Chocolate, chocolate chip, vanilla, red velvet, carrot cake and double chocolate. Order is placed by dozens.

Price
Prices vary according to customer’s requests and type of cake. Unique Cakes by Frances prides itself in elaborating delicious, rich and moist cakes. Our aim is to translate your request or theme into a beautiful end product. There is no fixed price. The cost takes into consideration: type of cake, topping (ex: fondant, buttercream, etc.); how simple or elaborate the decoration will be; accessories and number of guests.

For Weddings /Quinceañeros/Sweet 16, major events: a 50% deposit is required. The balance must be paid in full 10 days prior to the activity.

Cancellation: (weddings, Q’s, Sweet 16, Anniversaries, other major events)
a) If order is cancelled 30+ days before event ………………………. $75.00 charge
b) If cancelled within 30 days prior to event ………………………….. NO REFUND

All other cake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit when order is placed.

Method of Payment
Deposit may be paid in cash (or check when made 30 or more days before event). Balance must be paid in cash. We do NOT accept CHECKS for balances. We do not accept credit cards.

Rentals (equipment)
We have an assortment of platters/bases that are available for rent. Please ask for details

(*)Cake Tasting and consultation:
For Weddings Cakes, “Quinceañeras”, Sweet 16th or Events for more the 100 guests a consulting appointment (approx. 45 minutes) is appropriate and recommended which include cake testing. Please call to reserve for date and time available (Tue, Wed between 1pm – 6 pm).

Delivery: Deliveries are limited to: Weddings, Quinceañeros, Sweet 16, Corporate, and/ or Major Events.
Deliveries are available to the Central Florida area. If your activity is out of this area, please call and consult for availability and price quote.

Special requests: Dietetic/Diabetic Cakes: Unfortunately, we do not elaborate cakes suitable for clients with diabetes.

Tips for conserving cake for your anniversary:
Place cake (without ornaments, flowers, etc.) in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Take out of freezer:
a) Wrap in a plastic wrap; b) wrap in paper towel; c) a second plastic wrap; c) Place in plastic bag (pref. large Ziploc); seal and place in freezer.
b) To de-freeze: remove from freezer two days before consumption and place in refrigerator.
c) Unwrap and enjoy.
